To place a reservation you’ll have to provide a valid phone number during the checkout process. Having the correct phone number on your profile is important. You'll receive SMS confirmations and reminders about your reservations here.


 

Your notification settings allow you to decide whether you get notified by mail, SMS, or push notifications for Instant Messages, promotions, and updates.

To manage your notification settings, follow these steps:

           1. Go to your Account.

           2. Click on Notification preferences.

           3. Tick or untick the checkboxes to customize your notification settings.

           4. Click Save.

Please note that booking reminders and updates are always turned on so that you get notified.

To verify your phone number on your BoatBooker profile, follow these steps:

1. Go to your Profile. 
    
2. Scroll down until you see the "Phone" section, and enter your phone number in the designated field. 
    
3. Click Verify Phone. 
    
4. Enter the code you receive via SMS in the designated field and click OK.
