How do I file a best price guarantee claim?

    If you've found the same trip with the same operator cheaper elsewhere online within 24 hours after booking, you can file a Best Price Guarantee claim. This will help us review the captain's profile and ensure that you don't get unfairly charged. 

    To file a Best Price Guarantee claim, follow these steps:

    1. Go to the Best Price Guarantee page.
    2. Review the Best Price Guarantee checklist to ensure your claim is valid.
    3. If you determine your claim is valid, click Apply now.
    4. Fill out the application.
    5. Click Submit Application.

    All Best Price Guarantee claims are processed within three business days. Once processed, we'll contact you via email.
