You can find out where to meet the captain on the charter listing page. The exact address is visible below the title of the charter. This is usually where the boat is docked. To view where a charter is located on a map, click the Show Map button or the map itself and you'll see an exact pin on the location.

Additional directions to the dock are visible once your booking is accepted. You can see them on the Booking Confirmation page and in your confirmation email. To find your booking confirmation, go to Manage Bookings.

If you're still unsure where to meet, you should contact the captain to request additional details or to set up another meeting place. Details on how to send them an Instant Message or call them appear on your Booking Confirmation. You'll also find all information relating to your trip start time, length, and more here.
