What happens if I violate the cancellation policy?

If you cancel a reservation and violate the cancellation policy or don't show up for a trip, you will forfeit the funds you paid online at the time of booking. The funds will be transferred to the boat owner.

No other penalties or charges will be applied to your account.

If you cancel without violating the captain's policy, you'll receive a full refund of the trip price.

If you received an email advising you that you violated the policy but believe that you are eligible for a refund, you can contact us to review your cancellation.
