Do I get a full refund if I cancel?

If you cancel your reservation, a deposit refund is determined by the cancellation policy. Boat owners can set their cancellation policy from anywhere between 1–60 days before the trip date.

Cancellations before the set period will result in a full refund. If you cancel within the captain's selected timeframe, you'll forfeit your deposit. You can see the captain's cancellation policy on the listing page or on your booking confirmation.

In the event that you need to cancel due to an emergency, your captain may allow a refund even if the cancellation violates their policy.

If you need to cancel due to extenuating circumstances, you'll be eligible for a full refund if you can provide proof that supports your claim.

Depending on the reason you provide, it may take up to 72 hours for us to process the cancellation. You'll receive an email confirming the cancellation when this is completed. If you are eligible for a refund, it may take up to a further 7 days for the funds to appear on your account.

Please contact our Support Team if you experience any difficulties with receiving a refund or submitting a cancellation request.
