What does it mean if my account has been disabled?

    BoatBooker may disable your account as stated in our Terms of Service. Your account may be disabled without warning if you breach our policies

    BoatBooker may do the following with or without notifying you directly:

    • Disable your account.
    • Disable access to your account or booking details.
    • Cancel your upcoming trips.
    • Refund customers, regardless of the cancellation policy.
    • Arrange alternative trips for customers.

    If you think your account was disabled by mistake, please contact us to discuss the details.
