To deactivate your BoatBooker account, follow these steps:

1. Go to your Account.
2. Scroll to the bottom of the page to find the deactivation button.
3. Fill out the deactivation form.
4. Click Deactivate.
5. Click Deactivate account anyway – if you have upcoming trips.

For mobile, follow these steps: 

1. Go to Menu
2. Click on Account Settings
3. Click on Deactivate my Account
4. Click Deactivate account anyway – if you have upcoming trips.

What happens when you deactivate your account?

• You will retain the rights and obligations for all activity on the BoatBooker platform prior to deactivation.
• Your profile and any listings will be hidden.
• To reactivate your account, please contact us.
