What is the reliability score?

The reliability score is a record of the bookings you've received from BoatBooker. It takes into account how often you've declined or canceled a booking, compared to how often you've run a successful trip.

This is one of the most important factors concerning ranking on BoatBooker, as we strive to promote reliable services to customers, so that they have a hassle-free booking experience.

Please note that bad weather cancellations or cancellations due to extenuating circumstances do not negatively impact your reliability score. You can improve your reliability score by keeping your calendar up to date, so that you can take as many BoatBooker customers as possible.
