BoatBooker allows you to export your calendar as an iCal link so that you can automatically update your availability across all channels that support the iCal format (for example, Apple Calendar).
You can check the documentation of your other calendar(s) or reach out to their support team to figure out if they support iCal.
How to Export
To export your BoatBooker calendar, follow these steps:
- Go to your Calendar.
- If you are on your phone, click the Settings icon. If you are on a computer, skip this step.
- Select Sync with other calendars.
- Go to Export calendar.
- Click Create iCal link (if it has not been created already).
- Copy the iCal for each listing and paste it to the Import calendar section of the other calendar you use.
Please note that the Export calendar feature will only sync information regarding your upcoming accepted bookings from your BoatBooker calendar.
What happens when I cancel a booking?
Events exported this way cannot be edited. When a booking is canceled on BoatBooker, you will need to manually remove it from your other online calendar.
To ensure a two-way sync with other channels, be sure to both export your BoatBooker calendar and import your external calendar.
