What happens if we have bad weather?

    If your captain decides the weather conditions are unsafe, you can reschedule your trip or cancel it for a full refund.

    To cancel your trip due to bad weather, please follow these steps:

    1. Go to your Bookings.
    2. Click Manage on the reservation you want to cancel.
    3. Choose Cancel Booking.
    4. Select because of bad or unsafe weather conditions from the drop-down menu.
    5. Select Next until you reach the last cancellation screen.
    6. Choose Yes, cancel.

    Please note that if you cancel your trip due to bad weather and are in violation of the cancellation policy, we will need to confirm the refund with the boat owner.
