How do I add a widget to my website?

Widgets are a great way of advertising your business, and BoatBooker gives you the chance to share your review score, awards, and even your open dates with visitors to your website.

    Example of a widget

To add a widget to your personal website, you or your webmaster need to add a small piece of code into your site's source code.

    To add a widget yourself:

    1. Go to the Widgets dashboard.
    2. Choose the widget you want to add.
    3. Click Get integration code.
    4. Paste the line of HTML into your website's source code.

To allow your webmaster to add a widget:

    1. Go to the Widgets dashboard.
    2. Choose the widget you want to add.
    3. Click Get integration code
    4.  Click Email to my webmaster.
Your default email client will appear (for example Microsoft Outlook).
    5. Enter your webmaster's email address.
    6. Click Send.
      • Once they receive the code, they can add the widget to your website.
