How do I change my booking as a captain?

    If you need to reschedule your trip date, change the departure time, number of guests on a trip, and/or the trip package selected, you should submit a Booking Change Request. Your customer will then be prompted to accept or decline the change request.  

    To successfully place a change request for an upcoming trip or a trip that needs to be rescheduled for the future, follow the steps below:

    1. Go to your Bookings.
    2. Find the booking you want to change click View Details.
    3. Click Change Booking and choose what you want to change – date, departure time, group size, and/or trip package and click Next.
    4. Write a message explaining why you need to change the booking. 
      • Please provide as much information as possible.
    5. Click Yes, send.

    If the trip has already taken place and needs to be changed in any way, please contact Support.

    Your customer will have 48 hours to respond to your request. If they accept, your booking will be automatically updated. If they decline, the booking will remain the same. 

    If the request is made for a booking that should take place in the next 48 hours, the customer will have until the departure time to respond. If they don't, the original booking details will remain the same. 

    In the event that the change results in a difference in price, the customer will either be refunded the difference in the deposit, or they'll pay any additional balance.
