Reviews are an important way for you to build up credibility. That's why BoatBooker allows you to invite customers who did not book through BoatBooker to leave a review for you. To invite your own customers to leave a review, follow these steps:
- Go to the Manage Reviews dashboard.
- Click on Requested Reviews.
- Click Request a Review.
- Enter the email address(es) for the previous customer(s) you want to invite.
- Click Send.
Review invitations will be immediately sent to the email address(es) you provided. Once a customer submits a review, it may take up to 72 hours for our team to approve it.
Reviews submitted from your own email or IP address will not be approved.
