What should I do if the captain asked me for more money than what was stated in my confirmation?

If you book a trip on BoatBooker with the deposit option, part of the payment is done online, and the remaining balance is paid to your captain directly. Upon booking, check your confirmation email to see the full price breakdown as well as what payment methods the captain accepts.

If your captain asks you for more money than stated in your confirmation email, contact us to report the issue.

The captain can request more money than stated in the original confirmation if you requested amenities that are not included in the original offer.
