Quick replies are template messages you can create and use in your Instant Message conversations with your customers on both the BoatBooker for Partners App and desktop.
You can use them to answer frequently asked questions or to share information that customers must be aware of before the day of their trip.
To avoid retyping the same thing each time someone reaches out to you with an inquiry or a general question you can simply send a Quick Reply you have created and stored.
How do I create a Quick Reply?
- Go to your messaging inbox in the FishingBooker for Captains app.
- Select any conversation.
- Click the Use Quick Replies button just above the messaging box.
- Click Manage Quick Replies and then Add new Quick Reply.
- Enter the response title (for your own reference).
- Enter the response text.
- Click Save.
Note: You can also personalize your message by adding variables like the customer's name or trip date, and the details will fill in automatically for each conversation when you use the message.
