Will changing my cancellation policy affect already-booked trips?

    When a customer books a trip with you, the cancellation policy at the time of booking is applied. Therefore, trips that have already been booked are not affected by changes to your cancellation policy. 

    This practice helps maintain trust and provides customers with a sense of security, knowing that the terms agreed upon during booking remain unchanged.
