Can I delete or respond to a review I disagree with?

    You can reply to every review on your listing, but you cannot delete them. It's our policy not to delete customer reviews unless they fall into one of the categories listed below. We encourage you to always reply to your reviews.

    If you think a customer is exaggerating or lying, you can write a response that will be visible right below their review. 

    BoatBooker will only delete a review if:

    • The review was left for a canceled trip.
    • The review is incentivized by a promise for payment, additional services, or a discounted rate.
    • The review contains foul and abusive language.

    If you want to submit a complaint about a review, you can contact us. We handle each report on a case-by-case basis and review the direct evidence and peripheral information available to us before making a decision. Therefore, we can't guarantee that a review will be removed.
