Why did I get a review stating that the trip was canceled?

If you had to cancel a trip and BoatBooker determined that it could have been avoided, we will post an automated cancellation review. You will be informed of this in the "What happens next" section during the cancellation process.

Customers rely on accurate listing information and availability when choosing a charter. Please make sure to keep your listing and calendar up to date to avoid having to cancel trips.
