If you have selected your payout method, you'll receive an invoice from BoatBooker within a couple of days after a customer breaches your cancellation policy. Once you approve the invoice, the processing time depends on your selected payout method:
PayPal, ACH, and Wire Transfer – The Fund will be paid within seven business days.
If Wire Transfer is your only payout method, you won't receive an invoice until the combined value of your approved payouts reaches $200 USD.
Check – Funds are paid within seven business days (+ five business days for your bank to process the check.
Status of your payout
You can check the status of a payout at any time in your Payouts dashboard.
Approving a payout
To approve a payout:
- Go to your Payouts.
- Click Approve.
- Select your Payout method.
- Click Approve Payout.
Once you approve a payout, the funds will be transferred to your account and will arrive within the timeframes outlined above.
