Why was a booking was confirmed without my approval?

    A booking may be confirmed without your approval if:

     

    You can send a pre-approval to let customers know you are available for their request. This means that customers can book a trip without waiting for you to approve the booking request. 

    Customers have 24 hours to click Book Now and complete the booking process to confirm their reservation.
